- Finish stuff! (DGM, Sunadokei, His Dark Materials, etc.)
- Get organized.
- Stop procrastinating as much.
- Don’t fail. Don’t even asian fail.
- Stop being such a pig.
- Have more self control.
- Read more.
- Be healthy.
- Don’t die.
- Get more into programming (because I’m so out of right now. I blame school.)
- Practice… stuff more/better.
- Be happy/content with myself.
- Write more.
- Less interwebz.
- Do more productive stuff.
Can’t think of anything else…

12/31/2008 || Jade || No CommentsThere’s not much to think about for me. Our power went out around 1:15 PM and just came up at 4:55 PM. I was really annoyed, because now I might not get that new layout done. Two hours of coding was scrapped when I realized a few things wouldn’t work out… so here I am.
All-State ‘08 - It was great, my first time. Even if the conductor was weird and I hated most of the songs, it was still an experience. I can’t wait for this year!
SATs ‘08 - SATs… wow, I really didn’t expect my score. It was better than the average for PSATs (once converted) and i was pretty happy. My critical reading score was in the 500s though… so I need to raise that.
Graduation ‘08 - Wow… there was just so much crying, but I didn’t really feel that sad. I don’t know; I still don’t feel very sad. I miss Laura though, a lot. I wish she had gone to Charter with me.
High School - It’s so different! But in a good way; I like high school. It’s fun, and Charter makes it so much better. It’s harder to get A’s now though… I really have to work for them!
Summer - It was one of the least productive summers of my life, but it was still fun. I met a bunch of people and I finally got to see Cindy again! The beach was great and I think I grew up a lot during that summer.
This whole year, really, has been this huge transition for me. I don’t exactly know where I am right now… what place in my life I am right now, but I feel okay with it. I’m just accepting the change for right now and going with it, wherever it takes me. I got my first laptop this year, and finally got a cell-phone too. This year I really focused on my goals, and though I didn’t make all of them, I’m still pretty proud of myself.

12/22/2008 || Jade || No CommentsI’ve recently changed my desktop to imitate one of a Mac’s, simply because it looks so much better. Those white words aren’t there, it’s just to label the icons because I had to improvise and replace a few (like the Trillian icon for AIM.)
My “longer” short story for Creative Writing was turned in today… I hope it’s not too bad. There was a 1.5k to 3k word limit, so I didn’t have much room to build a good plot. I’m thinking about coding my own thing and putting up all my writing/art on this site, but I don’t have the time right now. Plus, converting .doc to text && html is a lot of word, and would probably be super buggy and annoying.
So Christmas is very close! The last day of school is tomorrow, and we’re just partying the whole half day. Not much work at all. If you guys get the chance, please visit my DeviantArt, since I’ll be posting way more on that.
Sketching the new layout right now… it’ll probably be transferred to PS sometime tomorrow.
